The git history for gcc-12/changes.html page is visible at https://gcc.gnu.org/git/?p=gcc-wwwdocs.git;a=history;f=htdocs/gcc-12/changes.html;h=f38fd2bef9c4089369e6f9315590ebffd8b24f5c;hb=HEAD (that is gcc-wwwdocs repository at gcc.gnu.org/git).
