Clubley's =E2=80=9Cfall under=E2=80=9D is correct. A= lthough Wright is narrowly correct, the narrowness of the precise correctne= ss of =E2=80=9Ccompatible with=E2=80=9D is highly misleading. Compatible licenses aren't the issue here. Ada is already a minority langua= ge, it's going nowhere until people stop putting libs under GPL, because pe= ople won't or can't use them for anything closed source - there are still s= ome industries where software is closed source.
