C++ has had a lot of changes over the last decade or so.  This 
example compiles and runs correctly:

#include <iostream>
using namespace std;
 
int main() {
	// your code goes here
	char message[] = "hello world\r\n";
	int data[] = {0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9};
 
	for(auto c : message){
		cout << c;
	}
	for(auto num : data){
		cout << num << ',';
	}
	cout << endl;
	return 0;
}
