Gnoga is free.
As for compiler, it depends on which you're talking about.

If you want a reasonably prices commercial compiler, RRSoftware's Janus/Ada is $300:

priced?

NO NO I want FREE SOFTWARE!
FREE
no cost or price!

for example

I could use naviserver TCL and psotgresql on FReeBSD with ha-proxy

now replacing TCL with ada.......

ada is compield so faster yes? naviserver is fast but I heard so is AWS

or would tcl do just as well?

Note: "commercial" -- one that has no restrictions on the use of
programs compiled with it, and which has available support. Janus/Ada is,
for that, cheap -- commercial GNAT from AdaCore starts in the mid $$$$
range for a license (which probably needs to be renewed each year).

Compilers with no monetary cost? You are probably stuck with the FSF
port of GNAT (which runs a few months behind AdaCore's release) or the
"free" version of AdaCore GNAT. Note that the latter license terms are such
that anything LINKED with the AdaCore runtime library is infected with GPL
license (if you give the program you write to anyone else, you have to
provide them with your source code too; FSF, as I recall, does not invoke
that license on their runtime library).

*shrug*
There's GNAT, which you would know about if you bothered to use a search engine.

FYI, comp.lang.ada is (unlike some other newsgroups) a well behaved and
polite group, where we avoid being rude to each other.

He's a troll
An idiot that has been asking this for years.
He will never start using Ada.
And never write the system he is referring to.
Ignore him
