But that idiom pretty much prohibits "using" more than one package with such naming:

use Queues, Lists; 

Queue : Handle; --\  Both
List : Handle;     --/ ambiguous

vs.

Command_Queue : Queue;
Parameter_List : List;

I guess the issue is similar the past discussions on idiomatically naming 
all tagged types Object.
