In fa= ct my experience can be considered positive too - one of the bug did get fi= xed :) (even if "silently"). Just a remark on the opaqueness of the whole p= roces and a suggestion on how it could be easily improved for the benefit o= f everybody :). Thank for confirming the contact channels in any case!
