Is an application compiled and builded with the compiler a derived
work ?

What does exactly mean =93 derived work =94 ?

I'm not sure I've understood line sentence =93 do not change a line of

May be I have to point that I wish to distribute applications compiled
and builded with either GNAT GPS or MinGW Ada compiler, not a version
of MinGW Ada nor a version of GNAT GPS.
