I changed the handler to :

Compile error of the connect_object function is still :
MYCB.Object_Connect
           (Widget => MYVBOX.Button,  
            Name   => "clicked",
            Marsh  => MYCB.To_Marshaller (MyButtonClick'Access),  --  The signal handler
            Slot_Object =>Top,
            User_Data => MYVBOX
            );
