Aside: The "blank screen" problem seems to be somewhere between our web server and the broad Internet, because it sometimes happens when I surf out as well as surf in. It seems to be caused by overloading with too many requests (especially a problem because of spammers constantly pounding our mail and web servers); usually all that you need to do to deal with it is click on the "Refresh" button. I suspect that you could get similar effects with other browsers, but I don't have any first-hand knowledge of that, because I rarely use other browsers (and that seems to be true of the vast majority of the humans that visit our web site as well).
