-gnatG (-gnatGnn to output in lines up to nn long, vs default 72) to
stdout
-gnatD (-gnatDnn likewise). The help (gnatmake --help) suggests it's for
debug, but the main difference I see is that the output is to
<input>.dg, e.g. foo.adb.dg
