Thanks for the advice to update all packages (U x in the package list
window), which gives us ada-mode-7.1.7, which includes the "ls -d wisi*"
fix, and builds/works fine on macOS Big Sur with GCC 11.1.0 (see
previous remarks re: gnatcoll-db).
