I was actually intending to admit that some aspects of software development on macOS are less than convenient; largely because of it being Yet Another Application Interface, rolling up as a less popular relation of the Unixes, Windows etc of the world and faced with 10 layers deep #ifdefs, autoconf, etc horror. Stick to Ada and the command line, all much easier!
