I meant what I said, simplicity of its semantics. Which has multiple effects. Cognitive, which I discussed in first place. But clearly it has also consequences on compiler development--and pricing. Which I discussed secondly, simply because it occurred to me while investigating whether Bliss was as simple as C, as (incorrectly) stated.
