For instance, the Real-Time & Embedded Computing Conferences will be in many cities including San Diego. How many companies are selling Ada or SPARK? Is anyone providing a seminar on Ravenscar or embedded systems in Ada? How many Ada companies have exhibited at these meetings this year? Green Hills exhibits. However, I have never seen them say anything other than they have Ada. I am usually the one who asks. I might add that the Ada companies still do not have compilers for Windows CE or XP embedded. A commercially supported complete version of A# would be perfect for these operating systems. Bob Leif --------------------------------------------------------------- THE ROLE OF AN OPERATING SYSTEM AND NETWORK STACK IN DESIGNED HIGH RELIABILITY NETWORKED DEVICES presented by Green Hills Software Join us for a technical discussion on the role of an operating system and network stack in designed high reliability networked devices. We'll discuss networking requirements as well as implementation details to provide performance, uptime, and response time guarantees for embedded systems. --------------------------------------------- "The Real-Time & Embedded Computing Conferences (RTECC) are a unique, one-day event showcasing the newest products and latest information from industry leaders." http://www.rtecc.com Registration is now open for the following locations: San Diego, CA August 31, 2004 Long Beach, CA September 2, 2004 Helsinki, Finland 14 September 2004 Toronto, Ontario September 17, 2004 Ottawa, Ontario September 21, 2004 Montreal, Quebec September 23, 2004 Gothenburg, Sweden 28 September 2004 Oslo, Norway 30 September 2004 Reston, VA October 5, 2004 Patuxent River, MD October 7, 2004 Toulouse, France 26 October 2004 Bristol, United Kingdom 28 October 2004 Eindhoven, The Netherlands 4 November 2004 Vancouver, BC November 16, 2004 Seattle, WA November 18, 2004
