Why doubt? FSF clearly did not want what Apple is doing now. Apple understood this well, left GCC developement and started promoting LLVM. FSF lawyers formulated appropriate licencing language. So the remaing question is if they did good job. Basically folks here are searching for loophole. Loopholes happen, but FSF was careful, so do not bet on this. -- Waldek Hebisch
