Now that there are 2 (count 'em!) Ada-12 compilers*, an Ada-12 version 
of the PragmARCs is available at https://github.com/jrcarter/PragmARC

In addition to making use of Ada-12 features, this version has a 
restructured package hierarchy and is released under the 3-clause BSD 
license.

These have only been compiled with the GNAT compiler. Feedback from 
those with access to the other compiler would be welcome.
