Maybe they still need to upstream those changes. I tried it with GCC 11.2.0. You are right, it is -gnat2020. However, it is not documented! I ran gnatmake alone to see what flags it outputs and -gnat2020 is not listed... Maybe this is a bug. It should definitely be fixed if the changelog is going to have it listed as an option.
