GnatBench, the AdaCore plugin, can be downloaded... if you know how to
find it!
On libre.adacore.com, goto "more downloads", select Windows/32bits and
the year 2014. There it is!
(Disclaimer: I never tried it. I'm a bit allergic to Eclipse).

I like eclipse but it would not surprise me if adacore does not like java.
I use geany, works fine for me.

It is the users who do not. GPS is a few times faster, more stable and
comfortable than the workbench.
