Really rare book, as rare it's valuable and very worth reading. Found 
mine ten years ago, in a well known used book store in the 'Quartier 
Latin' of Paris. It was almost stuck on the ceiling, placed on the last 
shelf... I remember that day...

I've made search on some online used book stores without success and saw 
you were actively searching for it. Paid 25,15 € at Gibert Jeune Place 
St Michel Paris in 2006. I called them this morning, but they don't have 
another copy... If I see one of it some day, I'll took it for you.

I started to read the wikibook version and just stop because I found it too well written to not have it on paper.

I literally crawled the web trying to find it (Abebooks, Alibris, Amazon.fr etc) Nothing.

Thanks for helping my search.

I know it is a lot of work but you never thought to republish it as a blurb/createspace/etc self-published book?

(You would have to bring in Ada 2012 stuff I presume ... more work)

May be you should make an A5 booklet from the original PDF (booklet 
imposer on Linux for example), then print it with a duplex laser 
printer, then use a ruler binder.

With a transparent plastic page on the first page and a cardboard 
bottom, the result is quite clean. I often do that when I have to. If 
you don't have the equipment for, any printing store will do it for you.

I would love to, but I already have my share of non-paying activities,
