Poll about naming within HAC (HAC Ada Compiler)
1. Current state:
HAC : the library with the compiler and virtual machine
HAX : the application (command-line compilation
and execution for HAC)
2. A wish emanating from some users:
HAC_Lib : the library
HAC : the application

I've done the change (since commit #284).
Now the command is "hac myprog.adb".
