Folks:
   The Gov't Printing Office sells the LRM for $7.  They have about
15 different outlets across the country.  If they're not in your local 
phone book, try long distance info for Washington DC.  You can order
over the phone and they accept major plastic.

   Failing that, check your local university book store.  If they teach
Ada, they often order the LRM as reference for the class.

   You can also download the LRM and the Rationale from ajpo.sei.cmu.edu
via anonymous ftp.
