F2Ada Missing File

     Several months ago, someone posted a message here indicating that the 
traffic to the SIMTEL-20 had gone up, partly due to the availability there
of FORTRAN and COBAL to Ada translators.  We have some FORTRAN stuff that
could be converted, so I downloaded F2Ada.

     Now, the programmer here who is working with it tells me that F2Ada
is missing a critical file.  A phone call to the originator tells us that
the company is gone and no one ever heard of the originator.

     Can anyone tell me how to get the missing file?
