Somebody recently made a post asking if any character based packages were
available which simulated GUI type features like buttons and menus. 
CADDETC based in Leeds, UK have developed such a package which is available
for 1000 UK pounds to run on either VAX/VMS, IBM PC/compatible or ULTRIX.

The code enables creation of the following widgets :-
   - Windows
   - Menus
   - Lists
   - Edit Pads (text editor)
   - Input Boxes

Each of these widgets can be fully overlapped, simultaneously displayed etc...
The VT-terminal attributes of bold, blink, underline and reverse field are
used to provide flexible visual display capabilities.
