This is more than a bit misleading.  In order to compare equivalent
C, C++ and Ada compilation times, you have to add the time it takes
to run a "make depend" and "lint" on the C/C++ code, since the Ada
compiler is of course performing that functionality.

Also, of course optimal recompilation technologies would
preclude the need for many/most recompilations in situations like
this.
