I would like to have a summary of all options a,b,c,...,A,B,C...
for gnat, gnatmake, gcc, etc... in one place.
Does this exist somewhere?
The gnat documentation is poor in this respect, spreading that info,
which always leads to a waste of time when searching for the meaning
of an option, e.g. -gnatE.
